How To Offer Coaching Like A Pro

I share with you some of my personal thoughts on how you can professionally coach your clients to success. I have been through coaching myself and have seen its advantages it can provide if done the right way.

It is very rewarding and can help you generate revenue without having to create anything to sell.

Why?

Because you are offering your knowledge and expertise and applying them to your client’s own businesses to help them move forward in the right direction.

Coaching can consume a lot of your time. And, depending on how you do it, those coaching sessions can be a headache at times. But, it won't be that way for you, because you're gonna listen to this episode 🙂

Wow, Leslie this was really an extremely helpful podcast on coaching. You were able to provide both broad considerations and detailed steps. Love your analytical yet practical approach!

  • I absolutely love this! I have thought about coaching and ultimately have that as my goal once I leave my job and can dedicate time to that, but I haven’t really known how to make it happen. Unfortunately, it’s not passive income, but you know what, I’m not sure I WANT to be passive when it comes to coaching. I want to be hands on and specific. I want to really customize this to each one of my clients, and you’ve shown me how to do that in a manageable way. Very exciting stuff Leslie!

    Hi Leslie,
From past 3 months, I am simply wasting my time without proper planning to build my readers. Honestly, these methods are really good way to improve our engagement with our Clients. I’ll surely give them a try.

  • Leah Fisch says:

Great session Leslie. I’ve been doing ‘coaching’ for quite some time but never thought to have the questionnaire up front. Instead I devoted time at the start of each session to ask these questions. But I love this idea and now have an awesome form for students to fill out (google docs, nothing fancy). I feel like not only does this save me time and increase the professional level of my sessions, I also feel that this will help my client get a better insight on their needs prior to the session. Thanks

    • Awesome stuff Leah. Yeah – I think those things can really help you out. And no, it doesn’t have to be fancy. It just needs to be more efficient – Efficient works 🙂
