    Certainly hot off the press!

Thanks for sharing the information so quickly Gideon and Yaro. I feel like I’m part of a great club here and given that I’m taking my fat loss blog to the public (very soon), I am thrilled to hear that I am not not the only one who has failed to take action after one year-oh the shame.

I will be a stellar ‘action-taking’ student by the end of next month. Yes, I even left my job so I could burn the bridges…there’s no turning back now. I have to make it work.

    Thanks

I agree with you. It is such a blessing to be part of an awesome community. I learn so much from both Yaro and Gideon. It is a pleasure.

I am in the same boat of you in a way… I didn’t quit my job but I haven’t made money in about 8 months now! However, the money should start to flow in any second now, thanks to Yaro and Gideon!

      Thanks guys!

  2. Aaron Dwyer February 25, 2010 at 9:42 pm #

Good work guys, wish I could have made it down for it. Talk soon. Aaron

  3. dlysen February 25, 2010 at 9:52 pm #

I have never been involved to your webinars but your updates really make me follows. Ever since I joined become a bloger premium membership I always lost the opportunity to get on time. Any way I would like to say that being updated can make you hook up, but I think it’s a lot different when you experience it.

  4. Kantis Simmons February 25, 2010 at 9:58 pm #

You guys ALWAYS over deliver. Thanks for giving the inside scoop. I appreciate it.

  5. Gordon Rowland February 25, 2010 at 10:08 pm #

Thanks guys for putting a smile on my face (and giving me a gentle shove in the right direction.)

I’m passionate about my chosen profession and have enough topics to write about, to keep me out of mischief for the years ahead. I sometimes feel overwhelmed though, by the amount of information coming my way. I’ve retained only the best, meaning Becomeablogger (of course), Copyblogger and Tyrone Shum.

The challenge now is to defeat my inner perfectionist, and get my Web 2.0 site plus blog, up and running. I’ll hang in there until I do!

Wishing you all the best. You deserve it, and more.

  6. Shari Lee February 25, 2010 at 10:13 pm #

Thank you both so much. I did the first ten videos before I joined becomeablogger.com, and my blog is coming along. I am so anxious to make money and prove to myself it can be done, that it is hard to stay settled down during this learning curve, but after watching this video I feel encouraged. Thank you so much for all that you offer. I am grateful.

  7. Tamar February 25, 2010 at 10:16 pm #

    Gideon and Yaro,

It was a great pleasure meeting you both at this seminar. There’s nothing like meeting people in “da flesh”!

It was a great seminar and I won’t take your comments personally ( you were talking about me I yelled back atcha!!)…lol!

I’ve taken on some of the advice from my Hot Spot re the website.
The main thing that Ed et al stressed time and time again was
One Page-One Action! So check out the new index.html page!

    The blog is coming….!

    Cheers,
    Tamar

PS Wish the idea had occured to me then, Gideon I would’ve asked you to interview me on video!! Damn!

    The most

You guys are the best. Keeping us informed with what is new and useful in business on the net.
I am going to go back through the course that I bought from you just so that I don’t miss much. I find that each time that I go through it I find something that I missed.
    Thank you.

  9. Damon Jennings February 25, 2010 at 10:47 pm #

    Thanks guys,

You too doing a video from a seminar is a great idea. This shows how valuable you guys really are in this industry. I have learned a lot from blogging over the last couple of years and recently have been thinking about flipping websites. This video could not have come at a better time. Thanks!

  16. Yoga Training February 26, 2010 at 6:57 am #

Good point about taking action – one won’t learn any thing if they don’t.

  17. Lain February 26, 2010 at 7:06 am #

Great video! Although I am jealous that you’re wearing shorts while it’s 2 degrees here…

I’ve been following right along with the video series, so I’m taking action! Yahoo!

So what conferences/seminars would you recommend for newer bloggers, stateside? There are so many to choose from — don’t know where to start or what would be of the most value!

  18. Duncan Judson February 26, 2010 at 8:16 am #

  22. Jan Smith February 26, 2010 at 3:08 pm #

    Hi Gideon & Yaro,
Another great video ~ thank You. I have taken your advice about setting up blogs and have now learnt WP and how to set it up on my own server and now I’m addicted. My problem has been how to keep adding enough content to them all but with the idea of flipping them ~ I hadn’t thought of that. Thanks for the suggestion :-)

I love KW research and finding the odd gem and then setting up a site…brilliant but didn’t know how to make money from them all as quickly as possible. Short term yes, but then I get to keep the real “goer’s”…the long term earners. Top stuff!
    Thanks again,
    Jan
    PS
What is this ‘bug’ that is apparently present in the latest WP release and how do we fix it please?

  23. Kenneth Young February 26, 2010 at 3:59 pm #

You are so correct when it comes to writing blogs just keep putting them up and you will be rewarded in time. Trust me when I say this.

    Kenneth

  24. Arlene deWinter February 26, 2010 at 4:03 pm #

Its fun to see you guys again!
I am in this space where I just lost interest in my blog. I don’t even know why, except my novel revisions have taken over.
But because of an interview I did with a very famous occult author, another famous one read it and told me he was available for an interview and I am very excited to do. Maybe I will get going on it again.

These courses were extremely valuable – I will have to write a review!
    Cheers!

  25. Janice February 26, 2010 at 4:06 pm #

Great booster video! Looking forward to get more involved inside the BAB membership and to take massive action. Thanks for the tips. (Gee..we are under snow… so it is fun to see you both in shorts..:-) Spring is around the corner?

    Take care!

  26. Viju Dallon February 26, 2010 at 5:20 pm #

Nice to see you guys again! The video gives great boost and to make money online by blogging is great. You give value to the web and at the same make some money out of it!

    Respect Yaro and Gideon!

  27. Theresa February 26, 2010 at 7:07 pm #

    Hi Gideon and Yaro,

  28. Ruby February 27, 2010 at 7:02 pm #

    Love the hair cut, Yaro!

A great reminder on taking action. I do have my blog set up and plan to spend the full 31 days in March taking DAILY actions to expand and create some buzz about my blog.

Thanks for all the great info you guys continue to share!

  29. Leonard Martin March 3, 2010 at 3:59 pm #

I’ve been following you two for a few months now and every time I listen I’m inpired to take new action that produces positive results in my business. Thank you for keeping me in the know!

  30. Live Webinar Review March 4, 2010 at 5:17 am #

Live Webinars are certainly the way to go but it does take some preparation. I find a lot of people just don’t put the effort into their presentation, but as you said, just take some action. With a little effort and some rehearsal on what you are going to say, a live webinar can have a huge impact on your relationship with your customers.

    • Gideon Shalwick March 8, 2010 at 6:14 pm #

Totally agree with you. Webinars ROCK!

      Gideon

  31. Ryan Coisson March 4, 2010 at 10:54 am #

Thanks guys appreciate the video. I think a big part of our success is taking the appropriate action not just taking action. For blogging following the blog premium course is definitely leading us in the right direction.

thanks for all that you do.

    Ryan

    • Gideon Shalwick March 8, 2010 at 6:16 pm #

      You are right Ryan.

But even if you don’t know what the right action is, but just taking action, you pretty quickly find out whether you’re going in the right direction or not, and then you can adjust appropriately. And of course, without action, once can never know whether you’re even going in the right direction.

But of course, if you can go in the right direction from the start, that is so much better… and that’s why it’s so important to have a good mentor who can show you the shortcuts.

      Gideon

    Hello Guys,
You are a real inspiration to me. I found you when I was working on my website. It is up and running but I haven’t made a sale yet. Can you look at my website and give some ideas for monetizing it. I would like to do a blog and I just finished reading your roadmap. It is a golden nugget. Should I start a blog when I am trying to promote this site.?
Thank you for all the great info you share with us!

  38. Madhusudhan July 18, 2010 at 11:35 am #

    Hi Gideon/Yaro,

I am from India and I loved watching your videos. You have a very good voice and it is very interesting to listen and watch the videos. You are very patient in telling us about “How to Become a Blogger”. Even a person without technical knowledge will be able to follow you and become a blogger with your expert advice. Even I am not technically sound in setting up a blog on my own without your advice. Hats off to your pains that you have taken to make us understand through your videos.

The main embarrasing is that while watching the videos, its getting buffer very frequently and taking a lot of time to complete one video show. How do you advice me to overcome with it. I need a continuous audio and video presentation. Is there anything I need to do from my end. Please advice.

Looking for your kind Co-operation in this regards at the earliest possible time please.

    Thank you.

    Madhusudhan
